In awe

In awe I´ve been walking around this earth,

Watching her beautiful manifestations,

The cycles of life, death and birth,

Feeling all kinds of ecstatic sensations:

The love for a tree,

A deep breath of air,

Bliss being me,

And the sensation to share.

In awe I´ve been walking around this earth,

Watching unparalleled greed and warring nations,

Everything measured in what it´s worth,

And numerous other massive aberrations:

No-one is free,

Blind to the snare,

Unable to flee,

Or do we simply not care?

The misfit

So many times I have just gone mute this past year.

Probably better than to react with anger to all the ridiculous things I hear.

What is making people buy all this shit?

Or is it just me, who simply don´t fit?

For me, the picture is crystal clear!

But most other people see something totally different, I fear…

So what is the difference between them and me?

Could it be that I am mainstream media free?

Or am I missing some important piece?

Can someone tell me, please!
